Seeking B/C or B/E Neurologists to join their expanding Neuroscience Program in an outpatient neurology practice. Candidates with subspecialty interest or fellowship training in Movement Disorder, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular, Headache, or MS are encouraged to apply. We are the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in eastern NC.

The existing neuroscience team consists of 8 neurosurgeons, including 2 dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, a neuro-oncologist, stroke neurohospitalists, neurologists, neurointensivists, and a large team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Monday – Friday schedule for outpatient, practice call only
For sub-specialties, 25% general neurology and 75% sub-specialty when fully staffed
Large referral network including over 100 Vidant Medical Group practices and 8 Vidant Health owned hospitals
Strong inpatient support
Newly expanded 24-bed NSICU led by Neurointensivist as well as a large rehab center providing both inpatient and outpatient support to neurology patients
